Dana Hanna is a trauma-informed coach, leadership trainer, and organizational consultant with more than twenty years of experience helping leaders strengthen the internal capacity required for sustainable performance and influence.
She has trained and coached more than 4,000 leaders and professionals across six continents, working with individuals who are highly capable yet often navigating the hidden internal pressures that accompany responsibility and leadership.
Dana specializes in helping leaders recognize and interrupt stress-driven patterns that affect communication, decision-making, and team dynamics. Her work integrates trauma-informed practices, neuroscience, and leadership development to help individuals develop greater clarity, resilience, and relational intelligence under pressure.
