Briefly learn about your body's "freeze" response, or dorsal vagal shutdown, and how to move out of it using these calming techniques. - The Mind-Body Connection:
Learn simple exercises to increase alpha and beta brainwaves that create a safe, calm space within yourself for deep inner work. - Envisioning Your New Reality:
Use a powerful envisioning exercise to visualize the behavioural and emotional changes you'll experience when you live from a place of truth and love.
3. The Power of Reflecting
- Your Three-Part Method:
Learn a powerful method to get to know yourself on a deeper level by thinking, writing or drawing from the perspective of your True Self, Inner Child, and False Protector. - Behaviours, Emotions & Physical Manifestations:
Understand how lies and limiting beliefs show up as unhealthy behaviours, overwhelming emotions, or even physical challenges (like chronic tension, digestive problems, allergies or other illnesses). Journaling helps bring these hidden patterns into the light for healing. - Mapping Your Inner World:
Explore a specific negative behaviour, detailing how each part of you feels, any physical sensations, and the underlying thought patterns.
4. Breaking Free from Limiting Beliefs
- Identifying Limiting Beliefs:

6. Transforming Your False Protector
- Recognizing a Protector's Role:
Learn that your False Protector was developed to keep your Inner Child safe, but its methods often lead to harmful behaviours like lashing out or self-sabotage. - The Stages of Grief:
Understand how your False Protector often acts out unresolved grief (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance) and learn how to move through these stages with compassion. - Choosing a New Path:
Identify the behaviours of your False Protector so you can begin to love yourself enough to choose a different, healthier path.
7. Connecting to Your True Self
- Meeting Your True Self:
Be introduced to your True Self, also referred to as your non-conscious mind or your Spirit—the whole, complete, and wise part of you that is connected to a higher source. - Let Your True Self Lead:
